When we saw this in Costco, my wife and I knew it was just the thing for our 3 and 1/2 year old Grandtwin boys. They are always playing fireman and using anything they can get ahold of as a pretend firehose. The house is mostly assembled except for needing to put in 4 screws. The parts fit together well and they feel solid. It allows them to develop their imagination and go out to fight fires and help people with the fire engine, helicopter and police motor cycle. The only problem we believe we would have is that there are 2 Grandtwins and only one of each part. I contacted KidKraft and was treated to the best customer service I have seen in a long time. I explained that I needed to get additional parts and had duplicates of everything within a matter of days. This has to be one of the best toys for one of the best companies around.
